I recently created my Suffolk account but I don't have access to Brightspace. What should I do?

If you recently created your Suffolk account and have access to MySCCC but do not have access to Brightspace, please note that Brightspace receives new account and enrollment information daily. If it's been 24 hours since you've created your Suffolk account and you still don't have access to Brightspace or registered for a course and cannot see it in your Course List, please contact brightspace@sunysuffolk.edu to resolve the issue. Make sure you provide your name, Suffolk username, and CRN number of the courses you are having issues with.
