How can I access the Oxford English Dictionary (OED) online?

The online edition of the Oxford English Dictionary (OED) can be accessed by NY state residents through the NY Public Library. NY State residents can fill out a form for a free library card for the NY Public Library which includes access to a selection of online resources including the OED. The SCCC Libraries do not have an individual subscription to the OED online. For more information, please contact a reference librarian.
