NY Alert is the College's Emergency Alert System. NY-Alert is designed to alert you in cases where your personal safety may be at risk. Alert notifications will be sent for emergency events or "life threatening" situations. Advisory notifications will be issued in the case of non-emergencies, such as weather related closures or cancellations. "All Clear" and/or additional follow-up messages or instructions pertaining to the end of an event or additional instructions regarding the event may also be issued.
