How do I know when my book request is in?

If you have requested a book from another campus, you will receive an email when the book arrives at your home campus library. Please allow 2-3 days for a book to be transferred from campus to campus.
If you have requested a book from another SUNY campus, you will be contacted via email when your book is available at your campus library. Please allow at least 2 weeks for a book to be sent to your campus library.
