I want to log into the database from home, but my username and password isn't working. What do I do?

Make sure that you are using your MySCCC username and password.
If you are still having trouble accessing a database, try to access your MySCCC account to make sure your username and password are correct. If you can't log into your MySCCC account, your username or password may be incorrect. You can try to reset your password online or visit the Registrar on your campus to have them reset it for you. You will need your student ID.
If you can log into your MySCCC account but not a library database, contact us with the online form to the right of this answer, in-person, or by phone using the numbers below. The online form will be the best method to contact us if we are not currently open.
