I can log in to MySCCC but I am having trouble logging in to Office365 and email. What can I do?

Your MySCCC and email/Office365 password are the same. If you are able access MySCCC but not email, try the following troubleshooting tips before requesting a password reset:
- Allow 15 minutes for password changes to take effect in both Office 365 and MySCCC.
- Make sure you are logging in to Office365 using your full email address.
- Use either Chrome or Firefox browsers.
- Close all browser windows before attempting to login.
- If your password is saved on the device you are using, it may be an old password.
