I don't remember my password. Can I reset it?

Yes. Once you have the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) set up you may reset your password by going to sunysuffolk.edu/login clicking on the "Forgot Password" link and following the prompts.
If the MFA has not been set up visit the Portal Login Support page and follow the instructions under "Forgot Your Password?".
Faculty that has not set up the MFA will need to contact the Help Desk (631-451-4357) or email IT-Help@sunysuffolk.edu from an alternate email account. Describe your issue and provide them with your school information (username, ID).
