My password is not working anymore to log in to MySCCC. What can I do?

Go to sunysuffolk.edu/login and reset your password clicking on the "Forgot Password" link and following the prompts.
If the MFA has not been set up, contact the Registrar Office. For more assistance contact the Academic Computing Help Desk.
Faculty that has not set up the MFA will need to contact the Help Desk calling 631-451-HELP (4357), menu option 3, or email IT-Help@sunysuffolk.edu from an alternate email account. Describe your issue and provide them with your full name and college username.
