How do I format the Works Cited page in MLA style?

The Works Cited page will be started on a new page at the end of a paper.
  • The heading of the paper will be:  Works Cited
  • Citations should be organized in alphabetical order by the beginning letters of each citation.
  • If a citation goes past one line, you will indent all the subsequent lines for that citation 5 spaces or 1 tab.
  • There are no additional spaces between the citations.
